UPDATE 7/2: We have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17692.1004 (RS5) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. The following fixes are included for this build:
We fixed the issue where the login screen would crash in a loop when the active sign-in method is set to Picture Password.We fixed the issue where DRM video playback in Microsoft Edge from websites such as Netflix was broken.We fixed the issue where Keyboard Settings found under Ease of Access were missing text as well as visible values in the two combo boxes.We have improved reliability and performance for launching Start.

KB4459375 includes a single fix for the issue causing PCs to bugcheck (BSOD) when logging out of your user profile or shutting down your PC. KB4459375 is packaged using a new design that Windows Insiders preview builds can download and install more efficiently. UPDATE 3/19: Hello Windows Insiders, we have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18356.16 (KB4494123) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. This Cumulative Update is a little bit bigger as it is designed to help us test our servicing pipeline with larger updates. This update contains nothing new. We simply updated the version numbers of several components in the OS.
UPDATE 3/22: Hello Windows Insiders, we have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18362 (19H1) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring.[ADDED] We’ve received reports of Windows Insiders encountering install issues trying to install this build in the Slow ring with an associated error code of 0x80242016. Hello Windows Insiders,Today, we are beginning to test the throttled approach we intend to use to rollout 19H2 to customers with Windows Insiders using the Release Preview ring. This is not the final 19H2 build that we intend to make available via the Release Preview ring once we are closer to launch.For a small subset of Insiders (around 10%) in the Release Preview ring, we have enabled the “seeker” experience for 19H2. For these Insiders, if they go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, they will see that there is a Windows 10, version 1909 update available. They will be able to choose to download and install this update on their PC.
