ts_arusb es para las usb aunque lo mejor como dice lampi es instalar el Commview. Para modo monitor también puedes probar Microsoft NetWork Monitor (lo tienes en el foro)

Nueva versión Commview 6.3  Build 681 

La novedad es que o mucho me equivoco o por el método habitual ya no deja descomprimir el paquete para extraer los drivers. Esto lo lleva diciendo erborricobueno un tiempo.  Hasta han cambiado el icono del setup:

hola a todos necesito ayuda con mi tarjeta Atheros AR5B93 Wireless Network Adapter que nos es compatible necesito ayuda de ustedes para solucionar el problemas  para poder modo monitos mi tarjeta ya que CommView for WiFi no es compatible chao a todo y gracias haber si alguien me ayuda bye

Incluso al menos vas a poder capturar paquetes bajo ERW (aunque no inyectar).

Gracias por el gran foro, he aprendido mucho pero tengo problemas, ahora os cuento.

No se a vosotros, pero a mi con un nokia booklet con la tarjeta AR928X cuando instalo los drivers de la ultimisima version (o los que viene en el ERW) se queda completamente frito, ni a un ctrl + alt + supr. Es mas, cuando lo apagao y lo vuelvo a enceder se queda colgado en el boot. Para hacerlo funcionar tengo que entrar en safe mode y elminiar completamente los drivers y volver a instalar los oficiales.

PD: En ubuntu funciona a la perfección.

¿Que AR928X en concreto? lo digo porque hay varios temas abiertos para adaptadores de este tipo y no se a cual te refieres exactamente. Los que vinen en ERW son mas antiguos que esos adaptadores, es normal que no los acepte. ¿Solo te sucede con los últimos drivers de la Build 683 o has probado alguna build anterior también?

Revisa que AR928X es y si hay tema abierto para continuar en el, este es un hilo mas bien para la recopilación.

tengo la tarjeta TP-LINK mod:TL-wn851n driver xspan atheros y el erw me la reconoce
con los ultimos driver solo captura, no se puede inyectar,
creo que me queda esperar a que saquen los driver para esta tarjeta,
o que alguno tenga esta tarjeta y la haya echo funcinar(inyectar) windows vista

Me parece que la TP-LINK wn851n lleva Atheros AR922X que es de las nuevas, no funcionará el driver con la inyección.. solo captura.  Se ha comentado bastante la causa mas probable: commview.dll

Hola... perdonad mi torpeza... tengo un netbook con BCM4322 - de broadcom network adapter, de ese tipo en la web oficial solo hay una entonces supongo que es valida, los drivers de commview para que son??? tengo erw 2.9.12 que creo que es la ultima y cuando le doy  cardcheck me la reconoce, le doy a cambiar la mac y me la cambia pero al darle amodo monitor se pone en verde un instante y luego vuelve a ponerse en rojo. me falta algo por poner, segun he visto en un video pero del erw 2.3 era ese el orden, tengo que poner este driver para que furruleee?? gracias por adelantado Maripuri....

Deberás instalar ese driver (en cualquiera de los tutoriales tienes como hacerlo -Ojo, si tienes Vista o Win 7 mira el tutorial que hay para cada cual) pero así todo es posible que no funcione por completo debido a que es un adaptador moderno.

Postea a partir de aquí en el hilo que hay expresamente para adaptadores que no llevan chipset atheros. Lo encontrarás en las chinchetas de este subforo.

Muy buenas, estuve leeyendo todo el hilo del topico... pero no encontre informacion con respecto a esta tarjeta de red: Realtek RTL8187B Wireless 802.11b/g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter, el solamente escuche aun usurio que dijo que solamente quedaba en modo monitoreo...
Mi duda es entonces este tipo de tarjeta no sirver, para poder inyectar? o aun no se prueba del todo...
